  The Radiation Research Foundation
(RRF) is a nonprofit, 501c3 foundation
created in 2016 to support junior faculty

engaged in radiation research.

The Radiation Research Society is offering a generous $50,000 matching of funds program,
in support of RRF, as well as to encourage donations.

Investing in the Radiation Sciences

In recognition of the need to assist young faculty members participating in all forms of radiation research, the Radiation Research Foundation (RRF), a not-for-profit, 501(c)3, was established. A mission of the RRF has been to raise sufficient funds to support the research and education efforts of all qualifying early career personnel engaged in radiation research. The ultimate goal is to provide small bursaries that will, for example, enable visits to mentors and/or collaborating laboratories for advice and experience, such as for learning new techniques, as well as to provide for travel to meetings, etc.

In your capacity as a leader within the radiation research community, we ask that you consider becoming a supporting donor of the RRF. Importantly, at this time, in recognition of the magnitude of this enterprise, the Radiation Research Society is providing matching funds for all donations given to the RRF.

There are various Donor Levels to consider:

Photon: $100-$499
Electron: $500-$999
Proton: $1,000-$9,999
Alpha: $10,000-$49,999
Heavy Ion: $50,000-$100,000

A list of donors who have contributed to the RRF can be found HERE. Please consider helping us with a tax-deductible gift. Your support will be an investment in the future of our scientific community.

Sincerely,
Radiation Research Foundation Board Members
